The registered office of the company is located at 5th floor, Okhla NSIC, Metro Station Building, New Delhi-110020.

The main objectives of the company are:

• To provide high quality healthcare services to all without any discrimination based on religion, caste, creed, race, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
• To organize and support the provisions of medical help to people in disaster, epidemic and conflict areas by sending medical teams to disaster epidemic and conflict areas on its own initiative and employing various staff, experts, advisors, consultants, professionals in these areas hired from within or outside of the country or both.
• To provide relief services in the natural and or man-made disasters.
